How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 2 – 4 working days and Express 1 – 2 working days. Remote areas can take a day or two longer. We confirm every order by phone first.
How much is delivery?
Standard is Rs. 150 and Express is Rs. 350. Delivery is free on orders of Rs. 5,000 or more (after discounts).
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes! Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan. You can also pay by bank transfer.
Can I check the toy before paying?
Yes — you may open the parcel in front of the rider to check the item before paying.
What if a toy arrives damaged?
Contact us within 7 days with a photo and we will replace it or refund you. See Returns & Exchanges.
How do I choose the right toy for an age?
Every toy shows a recommended age. You can also shop by age from the menu.
How can I track my order?
Use Track Order with your order number, or message us on WhatsApp.
Do you have a physical store?
We are online-only for now, based in Karachi. Customer care: Mon – Sat, 10am – 8pm.
