Our promise
If a toy arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, we'll replace it or refund you — no fuss.
How to request a return
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item.
- Keep the toy unused, with all parts and the original packaging.
- We'll arrange a pickup or tell you where to send it.
Exchanges
Prefer a different toy? We can exchange for any item of equal value, or you can pay the difference for a higher-priced item.
Items we can't take back
- Toys that have been used, assembled or damaged after delivery
- Items missing parts or packaging
- Opened sand, slime or craft consumables for hygiene reasons
Refund timing
Refunds are processed within 5 – 7 working days after we receive and check the item. See our Refund Policy.
